Level Wound Coil

Cerro Industrial Products makes high quality continuous copper tube. The level wound coil option is a continuous length of tube that is tightly wound in layers.

Temper Coil Weight Uses Specifications
H58 (Drawn) Available in nominal coil weights of 260 lb. 350 lb. Contact Cerro Sales Representative for additional weight options. 050 (LA) Light Anneal
060 (SA) Soft Anneal

Tolerances - level wound copper tubing dimensions are in inches. Tubing produced to the dimensional tolerances specified in ASTM B251. Closer tolerance may be available provided a prior agreement is reached between Cerro and the customer.

Tempers - level wound coils are provided in the following tempers: light anneal, soft anneal, and hard. Coils in dead soft temper can also be provided if a prior agreement is reached between Cerro and the customer.

Cleanliness - annealed copper tubing meets or exceeds the cleanliness levels specified in ASTM B280 and B743. Coils are capped with plastic end caps to ensure cleanliness.

Level Wound Coils - Produced in the following outside diameter size ranges:  Min. Diameter - 3/16", Max. Diameter - 1 1/8"
